We observe body language and energy level, then place your dog in the right play area: Bigs (active/larger), Littles (small breeds), or Chills (quieter seniors/shy pups).
3) Play, Rest & Enrichment
Balanced rotations of supervised play, enrichment, and rest. We text photos/updates so you can follow the fun.
4) Pick‑Up & Next Steps
Staff share how the day went and any recommendations (e.g., add‑ons like cuddle time, or the best group fit). You can book your next visit on the spot.
